Membership

Membership is granted at the discretion of the Association and is subject to the eligibility criteria published on this website. Verified status is reviewed annually.

Payments and refunds

Membership fees are charged annually in advance. A full refund is offered where an application is unsuccessful.

Content and listings

Listings on the UK Private Wealth Adviser Index and the UKFOA Family Office Directory are provided in good faith. The Association is not responsible for the advice or services of listed firms or individuals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
